On August 20, 2021 Ministry of Justice recognized me as a foreign agent.

I consider the decision illegal and appeal against it in court.

 

On October 14, 2021 Ministry of Justice introduced my NGO “Yakutia – Our Opinion” in the register of foreign media agents.

October 12 against me was excited a case under article 19.34.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation – failure by another person, information about which is included in the register of foreign mass media performing the functions of a foreign agent, the requirements established by the legislation of the Russian Federation in connection with the recognition of a foreign agent as performing the functions.

 

It was the first case in Russia against a citizen recognized as a foreign agent.

After two administrative offenses, criminal liability may arise under the article of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation Article 330.1. "Malicious evasion from the fulfillment of obligations stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation in connection with the recognition of a person performing the functions of a foreign agent."

Jurisdiction of the Russian Investigative Committee.

Possibly I also will be forced to liquidate the organization.

 

On December 17, 2021, a trial was held in Yakutsk, at which I, Stepan Petrov was unlawfully convicted under Article 19.34.1. of Administrative Code of the Russian ederation.

Int connection with the gross and flagrant violations of my constitutional and legal rights and freedoms,

I have developed the following documents:

- Violations of the law committed by judge Alekseeva N.M. when considering an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 19.34.1 of the Administrative Code in respect of S.Yu. Petrov;

- Application to initiate a criminal case under Article 305 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation against Judge Alekseeva N.M.;

- Complaint to the qualification collegium of judges of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia) on illegal actions of judge Alekseeva N.M. 

I also sent an appeal to the President of the Russian Federation with a proposal to initiate the removal of Judge Alekseeva N.M. and bringing her to criminal responsibility.
